Jeffrey C. Stevens, CPA, CITP, President, Principal
Jeff joined Maner Costerisan in 1983. As President, he specializes in bridging his clients' business needs with ideal technology solutions for their unique situations. In his day-today roles, Jeff provides assurance and consulting services to nonprofit organizations and also works with closely-held and governmental entities. In addition, he provides litigation support to attorneys including expert witness testimony on business and personal damage claims. Jeff has degrees in both accounting and data processing, giving him a unique perspective on providing business solutions that meet clients’ needs. He is a graduate of Ferris State University and has Certificates of Educational Achievement in both Governmental Accounting and Auditing and Non-Profit Accounting and Auditing. He is a Certified Information Technology Professional. Jeff is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Management Consulting Services Division, The American Institute of Public Accountants’ Information Technology Membership Section, the Institute of Technology Advisors and the Institute of Litigation Services Advisors.

David B. Caldwell, MCP, Principal

Accounting & Network System Specialist
David merged his former technology solutions company, Caldwell & Associates, with Maner Costerisan January 1, 2001 and is now a principal and director of the Business Solutions and Technology Department. Dave has over twenty years experience with his main focus on Microsoft Dynamics GP and other Microsoft products, and is an authorized dealer. Dave’s experience with networking, system support, accounting and business software solutions and training have allowed him to provide a holistic approach to implementing business solutions especially where there are important considerations between the business software and network services. Dave has served as adjunct faculty at Lansing Community College, Jackson Community College, and Davenport School of Business teaching accounting and finance, taxation, legal writing and contracts.

James F. Meyer, MBA, MCP
Director of Business Development
James F. Meyer has joined Maner Costerisan as Director of Business Development in the Business Solutions & Technology department. Meyer has over 25 years of experience in computer-based financial management systems and is a nationally recognized expert on the Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains) ERP solution for small and medium-sized businesses. His achievements include being a charter member of the Great Plains Advisory board and 9 years participation in the Microsoft Inner Circle (top 1%). Meyer has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan and currently resides in Ann Arbor.

Christine Strukel, MCP
Customer Sales/Service Manager
Christine has been a part of the Maner Costerisan Team for over ten years. Christine has an AS degree from Lansing Community College and a diverse background including working as an account manager, office manager, and accountant. She has worked with a number of different accounting systems, both as a user and as a consultant and trainer. Her primary role is to assist you in making sure we meet your expectations and needs. She brings a great appreciation and understanding of the users’ perspective, having performed the accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger and financial reporting roles during her career. Sabrina Gross
Project Manager
Sabrina Gross has joined Maner Costerisan as Project Manager in the Business Solutions & Technology department, January of 2012. Sabrina brings with her a unique and diverse experience in the technology and accounting areas. Experienced with the first versions of Great Plains and a deep understanding of the financial process, has given Sabrina a practical background in training and customer support of Dynamics GP. Sabrina’s primary role is to assist you in making sure we meet your expectations and goals. Having worked as both a consultant and performing the roles of accounts payable, payroll and financial reporting, she brings a distinctive understanding to the team. Matt Mason, MCP
Senior Consultant
Matt Mason has been an accounting systems consultant for over sixteen years, working with such systems as Great Plains, Solomon, MAS90 and Real World. Certified in Microsoft Dynamics GP Financials, Project Accounting and Payroll/Human Resources, Matt has implemented Dynamics GP (Great Plains) systems exclusively for over ten years. He has expertise with most facets of the software, including Payroll, Inventory Control, Sales Order Processing, Project Accounting, Human Resources and interfaces with many custom programs. Prior to his career as a computer consultant, Matt was a practicing CPA with Maner Costerisan as a tax accountant. Matt adds many dimensions to the Maner Costerisan technology group.
Dave Feenstra, MCP

Dave Feenstra is a Business Solutions Specialist in the Business Solutions & Technology Department at Maner Costerisan. Using his unique understanding of business processes and technology applications, Dave has been developing custom applications for over twelve years. He brings to the team over six years of experience implementing and supporting Dynamics GP (Great Plains). Also certified in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dave utilizes his knowledge to assist clients in the variety of applications within the CRM system.

Director of Management Information Systems
Joe is the Director of Management Information Systems focusing on infrastructure at Maner Costerisan. A Systems Analyst and Business Solutions Advisor for over 11 years, he specializes in WAN, LAN, OS, NOS, VPN, Directory Services, Backup, Wifi, Disaster Recovery, and Exchange. As a CompTIA A+ Certified Service Technician, Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Product Specialist, Microsoft Certified Networking Product Specialist, Joe dedicates his time to providing system design and support for your business, small or large. His works have been published in the Greater Lansing Business Monthly, and he was included in the 2009/2010 Continental Who's Who. Joe will work with you in areas both related and unrelated to Microsoft Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM.
Scott Witteveen, MCP

Scott has more than fifteen years experience using, implementing and supporting the Microsoft Dynamics GP product line and over twenty years experience in operational, non-profit and retail accounting environments. He utilizes his professional experience to assist clients in reviewing current processes and practices to enhance the use and functionality of their business software. His dual understanding of accounting systems and technology provides a unique mix of skills to ensure full utilization of the company’s business system, while designing processes that are efficient and user friendly. Scott has implemented or supported Dynamics GP installations in manufacturing, distribution, service, long-term healthcare, non-profit, and retail organizations. Scott has also designed and implemented interfaces from time and attendance and point of sale business systems into GP. Scott has a BS degree in Finance from Grand Valley State University and an AS degree in Accounting from Davenport University.
