Come on Down! The survey says... Are you smarter than... The Game Show theme generated fun and excitement at the annual Solutions Conference on November 30, 2011 in Lansing, Michigan. The conference opened with a game of Jeopardy, followed by the Keynote speaker Jay Manley, a Sr. Product Manager from Microsoft giving attendees insight into Microsoft and Dynamics GP future.  Focusing on the overall product strategy of Microsoft Dynamics, Jay gave attendees a glance at where technology is moving and what to expect in the near future. A new session offered Are You Smarter Than the Expert (Ask the Expert) giving attendees an opportunity to ask their most pressing questions and have  a panel of experts offer assistance and answers. Also in the morning sessions, the conference sponsors, Panatrack, Metaviewer and Azox gave a quick view of their products during the Technology Showcase session.

May 18, 2011   Getting Connected

Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM and Technology professionals gathered on May 18^th at the Okemos Conference Center to attend the second annual Spring Users Group Conference. With a record breaking attendance of sixty-six for the spring event, it was a great success. The day started with an announcement that Maner Costerisan renewed their Gold Certified Partner status with Microsoft and is one of the first companies in the State of Michigan to meet the new and higher requirements. The day continued with an all up session on Microsoft SharePoint – Where does it fit inside Dynamics GP. Even with the over crowed room Dave Caldwell was able to get the audience excited about SharePoint. Following the SharePoint theme, Dave Feenstra continues with a demonstration of  the connection between SharePoint and Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. Closing out the morning session with a live demonstration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. After lunch and the giveaways drawing, attendees were able to select from a variety of sessions that included the new release of Dynamics GP 2010, Office 2010, Budgeting, Reporting, Dynamics GP Tips and Tricks and more.

A Day at the Movies!    November 17, 2010

Dynamics GP users and Technology Professionals attended Maner Costerisan's annual Solutions Conference - Year End. Maner Costerisan brought you a day of learning and networking, with all the fun of going to the movies. The smell of popcorn filled the air as the morning sessions reviewed the historic Health Care Reform Act and what it means to you, followed by a Technology Showcase that demonstrated tools and reporting.  Following lunch, movie goers had seventeen movie options to choose from. Theaters featured "Godfathers" view of closing the books; "If you build them they will come" Management Reporter; 2011 CRM Odyssey; When CRM met GP; "May the force be with you" Month End Closing and more. 

Introducing "Solutions"

Given the interest and excitement that we have around our Users Group Conference and the fact that we have expanded the conference beyond Dynamics GP to include Dynamics CRM and IT Infrastructure, we thought it appropriate to give them a name.

Effective immediately, our Users Group conferences will now be know as our Solutions Conferences. So, mark your calendars now for the Solutions-Spring on May 19, 2010 and Solutions-Year-End on November 17. 2010. We look forward to seeing you there.

Record Breaking Attendance!

On November 18, 2009 over 120 Dynamics users, prospects and technology professionals attended our annual year-end Users Group Conference and the feedback from everyone was overwhelmingly positive. Excellent location! The large conference room we were in for the morning was awesome.  Excellent food ... Far exceeded my expectations. Thank-you so much for all the work you put into this conference.” said Annette Kingsley.

The day started with a special tribute to clients for their participation in Maner Costerisan's Case Study program. That was followed by a keynote address by Errol Schoenfish, Microsoft's Director of Product Management Dynamics GP. Errol gave an insightful glance into the future of Dynamics GP as well as intuitive product applications, like Microsoft's new SURFACE technology, that have recently been introduced.

The afternoon was filled with educational breakout sessions. To ensure that there was something for everyone, the sessions were organized along three tracks: Year-end processing, IT tips & General GP tips & tricks. At one of the sessions we offered a new format of a round table user discussion. This session was very well received and you will see this format in future events.
